1. Introduction & Corporate Identity

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products from our digital storefront (accessible at www.alansluxe.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. User Eligibility & Account Obligations

Our services are available solely to individuals who are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, including un-discharged insolvents or minors below 18 years of age, are not eligible to register or transact on this platform.

You agree that all information provided during checkout—including recipient name, phone number, physical delivery address, and electronic mail—is truthful, accurate, and complete. Alan's Luxe shall not be liable for delayed dispatches resulting from inaccurate coordinates.

3. Product Descriptions, Pricing & Taxes

Alan's Luxe curates luxury leather handbags, laptop backpacks, work totes, and handcrafted accessories. We exercise diligence in rendering photographic fidelity and color descriptions. However, because certified full-grain and vegetable-tanned leathers possess organic grain characteristics, slight natural variations in texture and grain are hallmarks of authenticity.

• Currency: All prices displayed on our platform are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR).
• Taxes: Prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly itemized otherwise.
• Price Corrections: We reserve the right to amend advertised pricing without prior notice, provided that already confirmed orders will honor the transaction value accepted at checkout.

4. Payments & Razorpay Gateway Integration

Alan's Luxe utilizes Razorpay as its primary authorized payment aggregator. By finalizing a transaction, you authorize Razorpay to process payments via your selected method:

All electronic transactions are protected by bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. Alan's Luxe never intercepts, stores, or accesses confidential payment data, card CVVs, or UPI PINs.

5. Order Confirmation, Shipping & Title

Upon successful payment authorization, an electronic confirmation including your unique Order Reference Number (e.g., AL-LUXE-XXXX) will be dispatched to your registered email address and SMS.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to the client upon physical delivery by our white-glove courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC). All shipments are fully insured against transit loss. Please consult our Shipping & Delivery Policy for detailed timelines.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refund Turnaround

We uphold a client-centric return policy. In compliance with payment gateway guidelines and consumer protection standards:

• Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or prior to dispatch, whichever occurs first, with a 100% full refund.
• Returns: Unused items with security tags and original luxury packaging intact may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Refund TAT: Once the returned article passes inspection at our Mumbai atelier, your refund is credited back to the original payment source (UPI/Bank/Card) within 5 to 7 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on this platform—including trademarks, logos, typography, visual layouts, photography, product imagery, software code, and editorial copy—constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of Alan's Luxe Atelier. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted, governed, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the website or transactions conducted hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
